Whether it’s a Slack bot that saves your team hours, a tool that automates your workflows, or a playful experiment that scratches an itch, we’re here to ship solutions that work in the real world.

Born out of burnout and rebuilt with purpose, The Polyglot Lab is our answer to bloated software, endless meetings, and corporate noise. We’re builders at heart, blending product, code, and automation to deliver things that actually help.

Our stack spans JavaScript, Go, Swift, AI tools, and enough cloud chops to keep it all running without a fuss. We love fast feedback loops, indie vibes, and proving you don’t need a 50-person team to make an impact.

• Escalation Ninja – (EN, our Mascotte) a Slack-first escalation bot that cuts through customer chaos.
• Modulinc (Pulse) – a workforce intelligence platform designed for SMEs. It brings clarity to absence, patterns, and operational risk, helping businesses understand what’s really happening across their teams — before it becomes a problem.
• EstateIntel – a real estate intelligence tool built for modern investors and buyers. It processes UK Land Registry data and market trends to deliver clear, data-driven property valuations — removing guesswork from decision-making.
• TimeTracker for Cleaners – a GPS-aware time-tracking system built with Kram Contract Cleaning. Designed for distributed teams, it automates attendance tracking and eliminates timesheet friction — simple, reliable, and fair.
• APPsicura – an insurance management platform (initially targeting the Italian market) that helps individuals and businesses organize, track, and understand their policies. Future iterations will include document scanning and AI-powered data extraction.
• Recruiter Radar – an automated job discovery tool that scans platforms for Outside IR35 contract roles and surfaces relevant opportunities, reducing the noise and manual effort of job hunting.
• OIR35JH (Outside IR35 Job Hunter) – a focused automation tool designed to streamline the discovery of high-quality contract opportunities aligned with specific skills, rates, and working preferences.
• ⚙️ Coming soon: lightweight automation tools, client dashboards, and operational helpers designed for freelancers, small teams, and growing SMEs — built to remove friction, not add more software.
